I have to travel from Dunstable LU5 4LL Milton Keynes National Bowl in September. What is the easiest way?

if you are receiving the train and then go to Milton Keynes Central and you can get a direct bus to the cup. Alternatively, if you are driving and then go to the M1 (I think it is about J11 dunstable there), go to J13. It is signposted from there (if westbound A421 until you reach the intersection A5, A5, then north then should not be a signal for you to exit left and go hey, you're there.)
