Small Black

we keep finding small black bugs crawling all over our house?

we keep seeing them around our house and we have never had this problem before.
they are really small (just a bit smaller than an ant) and tehy are black and they have this sort like nose the sticks out and divides into three like branches?
we have cats and hamsters, so could this be some kinda of flea?
they haven't bitten yet so i don't know if they bite.
does any one know what they are?

They are probably chintzes, or like bed bugs they get in dusty drapes and curtains and in your bedding and rugs you have to eterminate professionally and wash all clothing and bedding in extrmly hot soapy water
