How I can help my dog antisocial?

My husband and I adopted a 4 year old boxer of his colleagues, as recently had a baby and the dog was very jealous. When Sadie for the first time, it was very sweet. In fact, she's still an angel with us. But as time passes, we realized that Sadie is very jealous, very territorial, and is not very socialized at all. It seems that people were not around other dogs or children. Is there a way to socialize the dog at this time?
