Is giving a dog clothes to sleep in the wrong?

Someone told me that you should not let your dog sleep or play with your clothes, because I will chew and not knowing the difference between what you give chewing and chewing up the clothes that you do not want him to chew. my dog was chewing on for years and my hoodies age apart bit by bit, most of dragging around, but also liked to chew parts of it (did not like logos, stiching was not comfortable I guess) but never chewed any clothing that someone was using or was about it unless I gave it to him. Of course, never eat food unless it is given either, or what pushed him if he fell, so maybe it's just weird? I've had for years and has never chewed chewing something wrong since I was a little puppy.

Give the clothes on their dogs in particular, the puppies is a good thing. It makes you feel closer to their owner. This is important when no at home or at night when your dog is sleeping in his crate. There is nothing wrong with them cuddling an old sweatshirt or sweater, if not try to each piece of clothing than his own.
