Dog Rain

How I can protect my cat and dog outdoor rain (plus the dog house)?

A big storm is coming and I'm living in a house (temporarily) where animals are not allowed inside. I have a large dog house for dogs. However, you still get wet when it rains. Cats usually hide under the cars and their food is soaked and I have to throw everything away. What I can do?

I would suggest you take your pet to a place until the storm passes. A friend, someone familiar, - that can help keep them safe. Hopefully your temporary situation is resolved soon and animals will at home with you to where they belong.
