Costume Shirt

How should I make this shirt for my Halloween costume?

I'm going to be a lady version of the pink panther.
I made pink ears and a pink tail. I'm wearing a black skirt, fishnets and heels, and now I have no idea how to make the shirt.
I have polka-dot fabric that's the same colour as the fuzzy stuff I made the ears and tail out of, and then I have more of the same fabric. How should I make the shirt?

{I'm also going to a Tech N9ne show probably in the same outfit since it's on the 30th.}

use the polkadot fabrics as the main part and then the fuzzy stuff as the sleeves or vise versa
