Shedding hair like crazy... what is going on please help?!?

Ok, i am trying my hardest not to panic, but it's not working. Now im panicing. For the past month or so ive been sheeding hair. i have long hair, thick. i always have. my hair feels thinner now. i can comb with my fingers and a few strands come out. i find one or two or three strands around my room all the time, im constantly vacuuming. on my clothes. i comb at night, i shedd. maybe thirty hairs. go to sleep, wake up..comb... shed around the same amount. today when i showered... you guessed it. shed. im literally panicing now. i took blood test today, won't find out results till thursday, but im offically freaked out now. plus my skin around my face is always dry, and i noticed that in the last several months. please, if anyone has any ideas, let me know.. i don't want to be bald... what the heck is going on??

Your age can play a large part in the thickness of your hair, plus whether or not you are on birth control. There are so many things that can affect this, including stress. Try and relax about it.
